  Don't waste your time with this restaurant. I went in today and had the worst experience. When my order was first placed the girl behind the counter (Ron was the name on her badge..not sure if it was a fake name or not ) gave me one cup and walked away although I ordered two meals. I waited for several minutes at the counter while they took several orders before she walked back over to ask if she could help me. I told her she forgot my other cup....she abruptly propped it on the counter and walked away. I watched the two other people behind me get their food and leave all while I waited patiently. After about 10 minutes the same girl informed me that they were cooking my tenders. After about 7 more minutes the same girl came to the counter and informed me that they didn't have enough biscuits to complete my order (because they gave them away I'm sure) and offered me a cookie instead!!!!! I of course have lost my patience by then and asked for a manager to which she replied with a smirk I am the manager. She then stated well we don't have any more biscuits you can just take your money back (again while smirking and rolling her neck...not sure what that meant, however it upset me even more). Needless to say I took my money-back. In addition the restaurant is constantly dirty and seems to hire people who lack customer service skills and really don't care if you patronage this business. I say run away as fast as you can from this place!!!!!!! This was the KFC on wilson way

  Awful Customer Service!!! And my food was cold and stale!!!! They also need to find people with class working here the employees are very rude and don't have patience!! Also I asked for bbq sauce and ranch they didn't even give me my sauces, MY ORDER SPILLED OUT OF ITS BAG!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!
