Big Mc NOT in bags, 2 cookies short. I called the store and it took 20 min, 11 calls to finally get someone to answer the phone! Jennifer the mgr took my call and promised to replace my big Mc large meal. My husband missed eating dinner with our family and had to return and was given a MEDIUM replacement meal!?!?! I recalled and again spoke with mgr Jennifer and she couldn't care less! Did nothing to fix the issue, mostly wasted my time and gas/ money and I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed with this McDonald! Uggg! Go to Carls Jr, or anywhere else!September 21, 2016
